I collect information you provide directly - including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you submit an enquiry or communicate with me. I also collect standard website usage data via Google Analytics (page views, device type, referral source).
How I use your information
I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, provide the midwifery services you request, and improve my website and service quality. I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing
I process your personal data on the basis of: your consent (when you submit an enquiry); my legitimate interests in operating my practice; and where necessary to fulfil a contract for services with you.
Health data
As a midwife, I may process health data you share with me in the course of providing care. This is processed under Article 9(2)(h) of UK GDPR as necessary for the provision of health care and treatment.

My website uses cookies to improve your experience and analyse site traffic. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set with your consent.
Data retention
I retain clinical records as required by professional and legal obligations (typically eight years for adults, or until a child reaches the age of 25 for records relating to their birth). Contact and enquiry data is retained for up to three years from last contact.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
